Conclave Description

Theme: “Regulatory & Energy Policy Outlook in the New Administration"

What are the scenarios for regulatory and policy response from the newly elected administration in regard to energy?

We do not know how the elections will play out. However, energy policy will come under tremendous focus one way or the other and result in big adjustments.

Join us for a vigorous discussion with the highly esteemed Mr. Kenneth Wagner, the former Secretary of Energy and Environment for the State of Oklahoma, and the inaugural Executive Director of the Hamm Institute for American Energy.

Mr. Wagner is one of the most knowledgeable and extremely well-connected leaders in the energy arena. A conclave with him, post-election, will be a phenomenal discussion, one not to be missed.

Please invite your management team and clients to understand the changing regulatory landscape so you are prepared to take advantage of the new opportunities in 2025 and beyond!

Carbon Conclave Series

“Carbon Strategy to Execution”

The Houston Strategy Forum is hosting a Carbon Conclave Series to facilitate meaningful, in-depth discussions on Carbon Capture Utilization and Sequestration (CCUS).

We are inviting speakers to address the various areas involved from strategy, regulations, design, infrastructure and execution. Each conclave discussion will build on the previous conclaves in the series and provide connectivity across the various elements so the entire picture can be pieced together.

About Conclaves

Conclaves are intimate, candid, roundtable discussions between attendees and the speaker, conducted in a safe zone where we follow Chatham House Rules and do not invite the press.

The discussions are commercial free/agenda free. We do host sponsors, however, at the forum the discussions are always content driven and not sponsor sales-pitch driven. These are serious, real and honest discussions without fluff.

Conclaves are designed to build a sense of community and connectivity among executives and professionals.

The discussions are held over lunch from 11:30 to 1:00, so speakers and attendees can attend without affecting their schedules too much.
