
Mr. Torgrim Reitan

Mr. Reitan Has held several managerial positions in Statoil, including Senior Vice President (SVP) in trading and operations in the Natural Gas business area (2009 - 2010), SVP in performance management and analysis (2007 - 2009) and SVP in performance management, tax and M&A (2005 - 2007).
From 1995 to 2004, he held various positions in the Natural Gas business area and corporate functions in Statoil.
From 1 January 2011 to 1 August 2015 he held the position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Statoil (CFO).
Mr. Reitan holds a Master of Science degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.

Mr. David Stover

David (Dave) Stover brings more than 35 years of oil and gas industry experience
to his role as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Noble Energy – a
member of the S&P 500 and one of the nation's leading independent energy
companies. He was appointed Chairman of the Board in April 2015, CEO in
October 2014 and elected to the board of directors in April 2014. He previously
served as President and Chief Operating Officer.
Before joining Noble Energy in 2002, Dave served as BP’s Vice President and
Business Unit Leader for the Gulf of Mexico Shelf and held various onshore and
offshore management positions at Vastar Resources. Earlier in his career, he held
a number of engineering, operations and management positions at ARCO Oil and
Gas Company.
Active in industry and community organizations, Dave serves on the board of
directors and executive committees of the American Petroleum Institute and Junior
Achievement in Houston. He also serves as Chairman of Spindletop Charities and
is a member of the Business Roundtable, National Petroleum Council and All
American Wildcatters Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in petroleum and
natural gas engineering from Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the
Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Mr. Charles Davidson

Charles D. “Chuck” Davidson has been a Venture Partner with Quantum Energy Partners since 2015, a private equity firm based in Houston. Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of Noble Energy, one of the nation’s leading independent energy companies. Prior to joining Noble Energy in 2000, Chuck was Chairman, President and Chief Executive of Vastar Resources, Inc., a publicly owned subsidiary of ARCO, which merged with BP. Prior to the formation of Vastar, he held a number of engineering, operations and executive assignments at ARCO. In total, he has over 45 years of energy industry experience.
He has served in various positions in numerous professional, industry and community organizations including the Independent Petroleum Association of America, American Exploration & Production Council, America’s Natural Gas Alliance, Gas Technology Institute, National Petroleum Council, Spindletop International, the Sam Houston Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Society for the Performing Arts, the Houston Food Bank and the American Heart Association. He also currently serves as a director of Loews Corporation and Jagged Peak Energy.
In 2010 he was presented with the “Partners for Democracy Award” by the America-Israel Friendship League, in 2011 recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Gulf Coast for Transformational Leadership), in 2012 presented IPAA’s Chief Roughneck Award and in 2013 the Hudson Institute presented him with their inaugural “Global Leadership Award” in recognition of his transformative impacts on the global energy landscape. In 2014 he was presented the Institute for Energy Law’s John Rogers award for exceptional achievement in the energy industry. Also in 2014, he was included by Harvard Business Review on their list of the top 100 Best-Performing CEOs in the World.
Chuck has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University (1972) and a master’s degree in management from the University of Texas at Dallas (1980) and has been recognized by both universities as a distinguished alumnus. He and his wife, Nancy, live in Houston and have one son, Han.

Melody Meyer Energy
Melody Meyer joined the boards of British Petroleum (BP), AbbVie, and National Oilwell Varco (NOV) as a Non-Executive Director in 2017. She serves on the Board of Trustees of Trinity University and on the board of the National Bureau of Asian Research. Ms. Meyer is engaged as a Senior Advisor for Cairn India Limited and President of two companies, Melody Meyer Energy LLC and Women with Energy LLC.
Melody retired from Chevron after 37 years of distinguished service with extensive leadership expertise in global upstream operations, strategic and business planning, major capital project execution, capital allocation, and in delivering superior financial results. From 2011-2016, she was President of Chevron Asia Pacific Exploration and Production. Previously, she was President of Chevron Energy Technology Company, Vice President U.S. Gulf of Mexico and Vice President U.S. Mid-Continent strategic business units. She held key international leadership assignments as the Operations Engineering Manager in Tengiz, Kazakhstan and Operations Manager in Angola. She has extensive experience working on complex fiscal environments in 17 countries, with a focus on creating advantage from change during three new country start-ups, three merger integrations, managing crisis and risk, mega-capital project execution, and reducing cost and driving efficiencies across diverse asset classes.
Ms. Meyer graduated from Trinity University in 1979 with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Science and attended Dartmouth Tuck Executive Education program in 1997.
Ms. Meyer was Executive Sponsor of the Chevron Women’s Network and formed Women with Energy LLC to continue to advocate for the advancement of women in energy. Ms. Meyer was recognized as a Trinity Distinguished Alumni, with BioHouston Women in Science and the ASME Rhoades Petroleum Industry Leadership Awards. Ms. Meyer was recognized by Hart Energy as an Influential Women in Energy in 2018.
