Mr. Ed Muñiz is the founder and CEO of MEI Technologies. Since he founded the company, he has strategically grown his company to provide innovative solutions in applied engineering, IT/cyber security, and research and development for public and private sectors. MEI Technologies employs more than 800 employees. John McNabb

John T. McNabb, II is Vice Chairman of Investment Banking for Duff & Phelps Corporation, a leading global independent provider of financial advisory and investment banking services. He assumed his role with Duff & Phelps on June 30, 2011.
Prior thereto, he was Founder and Chairman of the Board of Growth Capital Partners, L.P. He had held that position since March 1992. He was formerly a Managing Director of Bankers Trust New York Corporation and Board member of BT Southwest Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bankers Trust. Mr. McNabb came to Bankers Trust from The Prudential Insurance Company of America where he had a six-year career, commencing in 1984, in positions with Prudential-Bache Securities, The Prudential’s Corporate Finance Group and Prudential Capital Corporation, a merchant banking affiliate of The Prudential. In Mr. McNabb’s last position with Prudential Capital, he was responsible for a multi-billion dollar investment portfolio of debt and equity securities. He started his career with Mobil Oil in its exploration and production division in Colorado and Texas.
Mr. McNabb has served on the board of seven public companies listed on major exchanges. He is a shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Willbros Group (“WG” – NYSE) and a shareholder and director of Continental Resources Inc. (“CLR” – NYSE). He is also a shareholder and director of Premier Natural Resources and Miocene Energy LLC. In addition, Mr. McNabb is an emeritus member of the Board of Visitors of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a member and former Chairman of the Dean’s Advisory Board of the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, where he has developed and taught a course in Leadership. He is also Co-Chair of the Advisory Council of the Global Energy Executive MBA Program offered by the Bauer College of Business and Great Lakes Institute of Management Chennai, India. Mr. McNabb has recently accepted an appointment as Executive Professor at the Bauer College of Business in the Global Energy MBA (GEMBA) program with teaching responsibilities in Houston, and in Beijing and Dubai as required.
Mr. McNabb holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Duke University. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam conflict, rising to the rank of Captain and was awarded the Air Medal with three Oak Leaf Clusters and the Distinguished Flying Cross as a result of combat operations in Southeast Asia.
